ZipLine
On the forth day, after going on the rope course “Giant’s Ladder”, getting the surprise of our life when Craig came with a bunch of pizzas, and really using are brains to make a dysfunctional “bridge”, we were really exhausted. We were all hanging out at the cabin just chillin’ eating dinner, Indian curry rice. Barry and I went outside to get some air. When all of a sudden we start to hear something that sounds like the bang of drum. So we start to freak out, as the sounds got closer and closer. As the noise got closer more people started to get worked up. Then we saw a lit up figure in the distance. As we contemplated what we were going to do, Barrington and I knew what we were going to do… beat what ever that was down. We finally decided to go down to face what ever was making that noise, so we all went to face whatever it was. When we were walking to the object… Sven jumped out of the darkness scaring some of us and making some us laugh. Then him, Chrissie and Lisa explained why they took us to this location. They explained that they wanted us to zip on the zip line IN THE NIGHT!!! : To heighten the experience (of course). Since I wasn’t able to do the “Giant’s Ladder“ hours before, they let me go first. I was pretty excited since I did it once before. I was strapped in to the harness and I zipped down the line, the wind flowing past me as if it was nothing and it was exciting if I do say so myself. Then after I got off I got a huge wedgie and that hurt. Then we all got different assignments such as ladder duty and some of us were in charge of hitting the drums in a mysterious manner, which didn’t sound to good.
