The Trust Falls
This is when you stood up on a tall rock and the rest of your group members spread their hands out so that when you had fallen they would be able to catch you. There were commands that you had to say and they were “Ready to fall” when you were ready to fall off the rock,”Ready to catch” when the group was ready to catch you,”Falling” when you were ready to fall,”Fall On” thats when you fall. When your group members caught you in there hands, they would rock you back and forth like a baby.
