The Mountain- The Trip involved a lot of hiking that was both physically and mentally strenuous. The hike would not have been impossible without the full support of the team. On the mountain, we repelled off cliffs, rock climbed, andparticipated in team-building exercises which consisted of the matrix, the wall, the spider web, and the sleeping log. Another activity in the team building part was the trust falls where one member of the group lets him or herself go completely and falls into the arms of the team mates. The superman was the one that made everyone nervous because it involved being lowered so that you were literally standing horizontally on cliff. All these activities made us step out of our comfort zones.

Steven: "I loved every single moment on the mountain. Every aspect was unbelievable. I enjoyed rock climbing the most because rock climbing has been a hobby of mine for a while and it just felt good to be able to get out doors and just climb."
Jordan: "I fell off the cliff during my turn at the superman."
Inalen: "One of the greatest views I have seen in my life."
Donette: "The Mountain was really different because we don't get to see that in the city and it made me come out of my comfort zone."
Kyron: "Harder than I thought it would be."
Zach: "Mountains just bring out a lot of who you are and It also gives you an atmosphere for reflection."
Melody: "A facilitator had referred the mountain to being your life. When I reached the top I realized that I can overcome any type of downfall that I may have in the future."
